- 1Identity document — ID card or passport (original + copy).
- 2Education document (original) — general secondary / technical & vocational: school certificate or diploma with transcript.
- 36 photos, 3×4 cm.
- 4Medical certificate, form 075-U (with a fluorography image).
- 5Health passport (or vaccination card, form 063).
- 6UNT (ЕНТ) certificate — Unified National Testing.
- 7Military registration certificate (for male applicants).
- 8Copy of the child's birth certificate — if a parent signs the education-services contract for an applicant under 18.
- 9Digital signature (EDS) key on a device (phone, USB drive, etc.).
