On September 26, 2024, Alina Abdrakhmanova, Managing Partner of Kazakh-American University (KAU), participated in the fifth forum of women of Kazakhstan, "Made by My Mother's Hands." The event brought together over a thousand aspiring and established women entrepreneurs from across the country, united by a common goal—to support the development of small and medium-sized businesses among women and to promote their personal and professional growth.

The forum aimed to help women realize their potential, support entrepreneurial initiatives, and increase the competitiveness and income of women entrepreneurs in the face of modern challenges. As part of the event, an exhibition-fair was organized, where participants showcased and sold handmade products, thereby strengthening connections with potential clients and partners.

Among other speakers at the forum were well-known personalities such as Bayan Maksatovna, Nagima Nastevich, Dana Yeseyeva, Nurlan Batyr, and others, highlighting the high level of the event and its importance to society.

In her speech, Alina Abdrakhmanova presented the concept of "Accelerated University - KAU" development, focusing on the importance of adaptive learning and the implementation of blended-learning formats, which allow students more flexibility in their educational process. Special attention was paid to fostering peer-to-peer learning among students and the cultivation of human values and ethical standards, which, according to Abdrakhmanova, are essential for preparing future leaders and successful professionals.

The forum served as an important platform for sharing experiences and inspiration and provided a powerful stimulus for the further development of women’s entrepreneurship in Kazakhstan.
